The Founder



Craig Polsfuss has over 25 years of professional experience as a change agent in numerous settings.

He is among the original group of business and psychology professionals nationally pioneering Three Principles Psychology since the early 1980's.

He co-authored the article "Three Principles Psychology in Leadership Development and Coaching" published in the Summer 2008 Edition of the Advances in Developing Human Resources Journal.

He also recently co-authored the article "State-of-Mind as the Master Competency in High-Performance Leadership" which was published in the 2009 Fall Edition of The Organization Development Journal.
